Their address is fraudulent as is their statement about being licensed. The work they did for us in Oct 2024 was an abomination. Josh or Jason, depending on what he pretends his name is agreed and offered to fix or refund. They haven’t done either. Consumer Protection is investigating. Secretary of the State has no Licensure nor does Consumer Protection. They remove unfavorable reviews and keep only the fake ones.

we hired this company to do chimney work in the fall of 2024. The work that was done was a disaster. The company representative agreed and told us that he fired the crew that did the work he committed to having the job redone after several we settled on them returning on January 9, 2025, and if they couldn’t return on that date to fix the job, they would issue a full refund. They did not return on January 9 and told us they would issue a full refund in 7 to 14 days on day 14 when we didn’t have a check, they stated that they sent it to the wrong address and would stop payment and re-issue a new check. Suffice it to say that we have never received a refund nor has the job been repaired. we filed with small claims court, but the paperwork that the court sent to the company at the address listed on their website was returned undeliverable. We contacted the secretary of state who also stated that there is no license registered for this company. We also contacted the consumer protection department who also stated there is no license available for this Company. The information listed on their website for their address and their licensure is fraudulent. Do not make the same mistake we did and stay away from this company.

We highly recommend the team from master build. We had an extremely bad leak on our foundation. They discovered we had several cracks running through it. They gave us our options and we went for it. We’re really happy with the outcome. Thank you so much.
